At Dream Come True Ticketing LLC (Dubai, UAE), we strive to deliver memorable event experiences through our all-inclusive packages, which cover event tickets, accommodation, and flights. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds to ensure complete transparency for our customers and partners.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all event packages purchased through Dream Come True Ticketing LLC, which include:

• Event tickets
• Accommodation (stay, if any)
• Flights or other transportation services arranged as part of the package

2. Cancellation & Refund Terms

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event start date:

• You are eligible for a 100% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event start date:

• No refund will be issued.

After the event start date:

• All sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Calculation of Cancellation Period

The "30 days before the event" timeline is calculated based on the official event start date as published by Dream Come True Ticketing LLC at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

• Send an email to support@dreamcometrueticketing.com with:
• Your booking ID
• Full name
• Contact details
• Proof of payment

Important Notes:

• Refund requests must be received before the 30-day deadline to qualify.
• We will review your request and respond within 7 calendar days.

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking
• Processing typically takes 10–15 business days from the date of approval
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider
• Total processing time including bank processing: 10-45 days

6. Additional Conditions

Non-transferable: Bookings are non-transferable to another person, event, or date.

Partial Usage: No refunds will be provided for partially used packages or services.

Force Majeure: In case of cancellation due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, etc.), we may offer:

• A full refund, or
• A transfer of your booking to a future event (subject to availability and mutual agreement).

Third-Party Costs: Any third-party fees (e.g., currency conversion, bank charges) are not refundable.

By booking with Dream Come True Ticketing LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full.
